The following human resources can be provided at various competency levels:

CPC 100 + CP TD1 The CPC 100 is a revolutionary all-in-one test system for substation commissioning and maintenance. It facilitates extensive testing on all primary power apparatus, such as power transformers, current transformers, circuit breakers, as well as associated equipment like bushings, surge arresters, and tap changers.

Combined with the CPC 100, the CP TD1 measures the capacitance and the power/dissipation factor with laboratory precision even in environments experiencing strong interference.

MIT525 is the 5kV insulation resistance tester for the diagnostic testing and maintenance of high voltage electrical equipment.

  • Dielectric discharge
  • Ramp testing.

With TESTRANO 600 you can perform the following electrical standard tests:

The CT Analyzer automatically determines all relevant current transformer values and compares the results with the selected standard. The device evaluates the current transformer as per the IEC, IEEE or national/self-defined standards within seconds with the push of a button.

FRANEO 800 was developed for testing the mechanical and electrical integrity of power transformers after transportation or exposure to high fault currents. It uses the SFRA principle (Sweep Frequency Response Analysis) and measures the electrical transfer function over a wide range of frequencies.

FRANEO 800 detects winding defects and faults in the magnetic core – thereby helping to improve transformer reliability, reduce maintenance costs and prevent expensive failures.

FRANEO can be used for transformer testing, after:

  • a short circuit event
  • before and after transport
  • occurrence of high transient fault currents
  • a significant change in the monitored values (e.g. combustible gases) or a safety shutdown

DIRANA can determine the condition of high-voltage insulation systems like in power transformers, bushings, cables and generators with dielectric response analysis.

Applications

  • Water analysis of high-voltage assets with cellulose insulation, such as power transformers, instrument transformers and associated components like bushings
  • Dielectric measurements, including capacitance, power factor/dissipation factor and insulation resistance, of power transformers, instrument transformers, rotating machines, bushings (RBP, RIP and RIS insulation) and cables

The Dry Air Pump provides a portable solution for on-site testing of Gas and Oil operated Buchholz relays.

Hart’s Micro-Baths are the portable baths built specifically for temperature calibration work for calibrations at temperatures as low as -30°C.
